Abilio Gonzalez has a rich work experience spanning over several organizations. Abilio most recently retired and is enjoying life. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources operating Officer at Solera Inc from 2009. Before that, they served as the Chief People Officer at both Cott Corporation and Cott Beverages starting in 2006. Abilio also had a short stint as a GM at Signs Now in 2010. Abilio worked at Microsoft from 2003 to 2005 as the GM Global Staffing. In 2001, they held the positions of Head of HR for R&D at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Inc and Head HR R&D at Novartis Pharma AG. Abilio's career started in 1995 at PepsiCo, where they worked as the VP Human Resources Latin American Division until 1996.
Abilio Gonzalez earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Physics from Emporia State University in 1983. Abilio then attended the University of Virginia from 1983 to 1984, pursuing a degree in Mathematical Physics without completing it. Later, from 1991 to 1993, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
