Jorge Gonzalez

Jorge Gonzalez is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Head of Build Marketplace and Delivery at Cottage since November 2021, Jorge previously held the position of VP Operations for the U.S. West Coast at BONE Structure from May 2014 to September 2021, where over 50 high-end, net zero energy homes were delivered and sales expanded into four new markets. Earlier roles include Director of Operations for BONE Structure, where engineering and building code compliance was secured across multiple states, and Field Engineer at Kiewit, managing critical operations for a major highway project. Also, Jorge worked as a Project Engineer at GONPACON Engineering and Construction, overseeing contracts and quality assurance for a significant residential high rise. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas.
