Cara Williams

Cara Williams is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Cottage Health since January 2018, Cara previously held key positions at Scripps Health from February 2009 to January 2018, including Assistant Vice President and Human Resource Executive, where responsibilities encompassed employee satisfaction and engagement for a workforce of 13,000. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Human Resource Director for Aramark, managing HR leadership for over 100 acute care hospitals, and roles at Best Buy and Plastofilm Industries. Cara holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University.
