Michele Mollkoy

Michele Mollkoy is an experienced professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Change at Cottage Health since May 2011. With a strong focus on learning culture and employee engagement, Michele develops and implements strategies that align with organizational goals. As a founder of MicheleMollkoy.com, a leadership coaching company, Michele empowers individuals to lead their own lives. Additional experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty at Antioch University, a consultant at Monvee | ADW-Group, and holding various leadership roles at Westmont College. Michele holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
