Jennifer Labit has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Jennifer has held various roles in different companies. Jennifer began their career as a Webmaster at Lesal Hypermedia, where they led a web development team in creating online marketing sites for non-profit organizations. Jennifer then worked as a Programmer at CPI and Ellipticom. In 2002, they joined Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis as a Programmer, where they designed the first version of the Stroke Database. In the same year, they founded Cotton Babies, where they currently serve as a Director. Jennifer Labit is also an active member of YPO, starting as a YPO Member in 2011 and later taking on leadership roles such as Networks Committee member and Women's Business Network Network Chair. Jennifer has been recognized for their contributions, being a recipient of the YPO Terry Plochman Award and a finalist for the Global Impact Award. In 2022, they became an Entrepreneur In Residence at Washington University in St. Louis.

Jennifer Labit pursued their education at various institutions. In 2011, they joined Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and completed their MBA in Business in 2012. Prior to that, they attended St. Louis Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing a Master's Certificate in Biblical Theology at Wesley Biblical Seminary, expected to be completed by 2022.
