Rocío Quesada has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. In 2006, they started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Pricing Team Lead, a position they held until 2008. Rocío then joined Oracle as a Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2011. Rocío then moved on to Emerson, where they took on various roles, including Project Planner, Project Planning Team Lead, Project Planning Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and finally, Sr. Manager Talent Programs & Projects. Rocío worked at Emerson from 2011 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President HR Transformation at Cotton Holdings Inc., a position they have held since 2022.
Rocío Quesada has a diverse education history. Rocío started by pursuing a degree in Business Administration - BBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR. After that, they went on to Tecnológico de Costa Rica to study Project Management. Rocío further enhanced their education by obtaining an MBA in Finance from Universidad Alma Mater. Finally, in 2020, they attended Cornell University, where they pursued a degree in Strategic Human Resources Leadership, specializing in Human Resources.
