Chau Tran

Chau Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ethical sourcing, compliance, and sustainability across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Ethical Sourcing at Cotton On Group since November 2022, Chau previously held the position of Senior Manager, Compliance at Lidl Singapore Pte. Limited, where management of supplier social compliance programs was a key responsibility. As Director of Southeast Asia at ELEVATE Global, Chau oversaw operations across multiple countries and focused on business development. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Operations & Sustainability at Bodynits International Pte Ltd, where strategic expansion and sustainability initiatives were implemented, and Sourcing Director at adidas, concentrating on cost transparency and supplier restructuring. Chau's career commenced in corporate social responsibility with Nike. Educated at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, Chau holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, and Services.
