Filip Kratochvil is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in agile project management and web development. Currently serving as IT Manager - Online Systems at Cotton On Group since May 2016, Filip has also held roles as Delivery Lead and Scrum Master. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master at Target Australia Pty Ltd, where responsibilities involved tracking development progress, facilitating agile processes, and providing documentation. Filip founded SnapComp and has held various web development roles, including Senior Web Developer at MDS Financial and MYOB, and Senior Applications Developer at Zenith Investment Partners. With expertise in user story creation and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Filip has consistently contributed to process improvements and the successful delivery of projects throughout a diverse career.
