Mark Pan

Mark Pan has extensive experience in retail and brand management, currently serving as President & General Manager for North America at Cotton On Group since January 2013, as well as Founder of ACTIIVST since June 2020. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Retail Operations & Strategy at Gap Inc. from April 2010 to December 2012, and Group and District Director of Operations at Target from July 2004 to April 2010. Mark Pan's career began at Macy's, where responsibilities included buying, merchandising, and store management from June 1995 to July 2004. Mark Pan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School.
