Matthew Ross has over 18 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, currently serving as the Group Head of Wholesale Marketplace B2B eCommerce at Cotton On Group since December 2015. Previously, Matthew held management positions at Witchery Holdings Group, Edge Clothing, Metalicus, Jo Mercer Footwear, and Cotton On, where Matthew made significant contributions to revenue growth, inventory management, and team development. Matthew's career began as a Merchandise Assistant/Store Manager at Satch Menswear. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University and completed VCE with a focus on Economics at Melbourne High School.
