Paula Distefano

Paula Distefano is an experienced professional in the areas of account management and team leadership, currently serving as Area Manager and previously as State Manager at Cotton On Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Paula held significant positions at Samsung Australia from September 2014 to March 2022, including National Account Manager, Senior Territory Manager, and State Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the national Optus account and driving brand advocacy across key retail channels. Earlier in the career, Paula worked as a Territory Specialist and Senior Customer Service Representative at Telstra from September 2011 to September 2018.
