Waqas Rafique

Waqas Rafique has over a decade of experience in organizational development and industrial engineering, primarily with Cotton Web Limited, where tenure spanned from November 2013 to September 2023, progressing through roles from Industrial Engineer to Head of Organizational Development. In addition, Waqas held a managerial position in industrial engineering at Xarasoft and completed a management trainee program at Bismillah Textiles Ltd. Early career experience includes a trainee engineer role at Crescent Bahuman Ltd.
