Orna Greidey Chen

Orna Greidey Chen serves as the Head of Organizational Development at the Weizmann Institute of Science since January 2007, focusing on manager and employee development, team development, and assessment processes. Previously, Orna held the position of Head of the Procedures Section at the Prime Minister's Office from March 1996 to November 2006, where responsibilities included writing procedures in various human resources areas. Orna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Arabic from Bar-Ilan University, two Master's degrees—one in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and another in Public Administration from Bar-Ilan University. Additional qualifications comprise a coaching certification from גומא גבים and a foundational course in Adlerian theory from the Adlerian Coaching School. Currently, studies are ongoing at גומא גבים for certification as a professional coach with the CCIL.
