Heather Davis

Heather Davis is an accomplished Community Manager with extensive experience in both affordable housing and market rate luxury living. Currently managing properties at Cottonwood Residential since September 2018, Heather demonstrates a strong commitment to exceeding owner expectations. Prior experience includes a 14-year tenure at Equity Residential, where management of three property sites in Massachusetts involved directing operations and leading teams to achieve financial goals and protect real estate values. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant University, complemented by a high school diploma from Oliver Ames High School.
