Jeremy Lyman

Jeremy Lyman's work experience begins in 2005 at Handgards INC, where they started as a Midwest Territory Manager responsible for increasing sales in a 3-state territory. Jeremy was then promoted to Midwest Regional Manager, where they managed a 6-state territory and regional broker network, achieving a sales increase of over 71% in 2006. After 16 months, they were promoted again to Western Regional Manager, tasked with turning around a struggling sales region. Jeremy successfully increased sales by over 48% in a two-year span and secured multi-year partnerships with broadline distributor groups through large-scale negotiations.

In 2011, Lyman was promoted to Director of Sales at Handgards INC, where they managed the direct sales force and broker network in the Western US. Jeremy was responsible for hiring and developing the sales team, implementing new product development strategies, and negotiating programs. Jeremy was then promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2012, tasked with further penetrating the national customer base, identifying new markets and channels, and driving profitability and revenue through the sales organization. In 2014, Lyman joined Cottonwood Residential as Vice President of Capital Markets, responsible for marketing and distributing the company's multifamily offerings. Jeremy worked with financial advisors, RIA's, family offices, and HNWI's to help them achieve their investment goals in markets such as San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, continuing their role in expanding Cottonwood Residential's market presence.
