Susan Hallenberg

Susan Hallenberg has a strong and diverse background in finance and real estate. Susan started their career at EY as a Senior Accountant in 1989 and worked there until 1993. Susan then moved on to AEW Capital Management, where they served as an Assistant Portfolio Controller for two years. In 1995, Susan joined Lend Lease Real Estate Investments as a Vice President and held this position until 2002. Susan then worked for Phillips Edison & Company as an Acquisitions Officer from 2002 to 2004. Finally, Susan became the Chief Financial Officer at Cottonwood Residential in 2005, where they continue to work.

Susan Hallenberg attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Accounting. Additionally, Susan holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, although the institution and date of obtaining the certification are not specified.
