Dave Pallan

Dave Pallan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director of Treasury at Coty since November 2017, Dave has previously held significant roles, including Director of Global Treasury at Scholastic from April 2007 to August 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $425MM credit facility, overseeing domestic investments, and preparing key presentations for boards and rating agencies. Prior experience includes positions at Avon Products, where Dave managed a $1 billion share repurchase program and annual dividend recommendations, and roles at RECKITT BENCKISER and Diageo, focusing on financial analysis and monthly reporting. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
