Roma Kamatmhamai possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), beginning with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Human Resources Management from Western Connecticut State University. Since December 2014, Roma has held several positions at Coty, progressing from Sr. HRIS Analyst to Senior Manager, Global HRIS. Prior to Coty, Roma accumulated significant HRIS experience at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from November 2007 to December 2014, where roles spanned from HR and Benefits Coordinator to Sr. HR Information Specialist.
