Helene Salle

Helene Salle is an experienced professional in international mobility and global benefits, currently serving as Director of International Mobility and Global Benefits at Coty since August 2007, where leadership of the Centre of Excellence on International Mobility has been a primary focus. Over 13 years, Helene has developed best-in-class policies and processes across more than 20 countries while providing in-house expertise on compensation, tax, and benefits related to international mobility. Previously, Helene worked as HR International Mobility Manager and International Tax Advisor at PwC for a brief period from December 2006 to August 2007. Helene holds a Master 2 in HR International from OMNES Education and a Master 1 in HR from IGS-RH, along with a Hypokhagne/Khagne degree in Literature and Philosophy from Madeleine Danielou.
