Jean-Marc C.

Jean-Marc C. is an experienced professional in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Global Manufacturing at Coty since October 2021, and previously holding roles such as VP Supply Chain Transformation and VP Operational Excellence. Prior to Coty, Jean-Marc worked at Crown Holdings, Inc. as the Quality, EHS and World Class Manufacturing Director, and at Avery Dennison where roles included Plant Manager and Quality Manager Interim. Earlier experience at Groupe Aoste involved positions such as Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager. Jean-Marc holds an Ingénieur degree in Agroalimentaire from Esitpa, obtained in 2002, and has a strong background in leading safety culture, managing production activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various organizations.
