June Lee Risser

June Lee Risser is the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Coty, responsible for leading global brand strategy and innovation across the Philosophy skincare, fragrance, and body care portfolio. Prior to this role, Risser served as General Manager and Executive Vice President at Crown Laboratories, where integration of the StriVectin brand post-acquisition was a key focus. Experience at Galderma includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Business, driving growth for dermatologist-recommended brands, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Risser's earlier career at Reckitt involved leadership in marketing for a $500 million portfolio, alongside global brand marketing for Clearasil. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Vivaldi Partners and Mitchell Madison Group. Risser holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Russian Studies from Princeton University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Master's Degree in Business and Government from Harvard Kennedy School.
