Kilian J O'Neill

Kilian J O'Neill is an experienced professional in research and development within the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as the Director of R&D Package Development for Coty Inc. since October 2016, Kilian has also held various roles at Procter & Gamble since 1989, including Research & Development Manager for P&G Prestige & Professional and Section Head. With a strong background that encompasses work in Health & Beauty as well as Baby & Family Care across the UK, Germany, and the US, Kilian brings considerable expertise to the field. Kilian obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from University College Dublin, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1989.
