Luc Martinon

Luc Martinon is a seasoned leader in the cosmetics and beauty industry with extensive experience at Coty Inc. since 2004. Currently serving as Vice-President of New Product Development, Luc oversees the development of a diverse range of global brands including Rimmel, Calvin Klein, and Gucci. Previously, Luc held roles such as Vice President Global Quality Assurance, managing quality processes during the merger with Procter & Gamble, and Technical Senior Director, ensuring the technical readiness of product launches at the Monaco factory. Luc started career at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included directing quality management for Biotherm and Helena Rubinstein. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a Quality Master from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.
