Narendra R. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions, database architecture, and customer success strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Technology Strategy at Couchbase since July 2020, Narendra R. plays a pivotal role in aligning client goals with Couchbase's solutions to enhance success and technical growth across global accounts. Previous positions include roles as an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer and an Enterprise Cloud Solutions Engineer at Couchbase, as well as consultancy in enterprise and cloud architecture. With a strong background in IT transformation, database management, and strategic architecture across various companies, including Dell Technologies and Oracle, Narendra R. holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Management Science Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore.
