Amanda Waters is a seasoned professional in loan operations with extensive experience in managing loan documentation and analysis. Currently serving as the AVP Loan Operations Manager at Coulee Bank since November 2013, Amanda oversees Commercial Loan Specialists, Loan Processors, and Loan Document Specialists while handling month-end reporting. Previous roles include Credit Analyst, where loan analysis and approvals were primary responsibilities, and Loan Coordinator II, focusing on loan documentation using LaserPro software. Amanda’s career began as an Administrative Assistant at Reggies, followed by a position as Closing Coordinator II at State Bank Financial, preparing comprehensive loan documentation. Amanda holds an Associate's degree in Business from Barstow Community College and has pursued further education at Viterbo University from 2015 to 2020.
