Charlotte James

Charlotte James has extensive experience in operations management, having held various leadership roles at Coulter Partners since May 2014, including Chief of Staff and Operations, Executive Director of Global Operations, and Director of Operations. Prior to that, Charlotte served as Operations Manager at Argentum Litigation Services from May 2011 to May 2014, focusing on funding solutions for complex commercial litigation. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at First Capital Connect from August 2007 to April 2011. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and A Levels from Haydon Sixth Form College.
