Carol Horner is an accomplished author and founder of Synchronicity Training & Development, where services focus on enhancing organizational synergy and impact through the model presented in the book, The Spiral of Accountability. With a career spanning over two decades at Synchronicity, Carol also engages in various professional organizations, including the Greater Omaha Chamber and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands, where involvement in the Diversity and Inclusion Committee occurs. Carol served as the District 5650 Governor for Rotary International in 2021-22 and has contributed as a board member of The 712 Initiative, aimed at enhancing community quality of life in Council Bluffs. Additionally, Carol holds a BA in Recreation Therapy from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained in 1986.
