Keri Zimmer

Keri Zimmer is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Coordinator of Social and Emotional Wellness at the Council Bluffs Community School District since July 2019. Prior to this role, Keri held multiple positions at Iowa Western Community College from January 2006 to April 2019, including Dean of Advising & Academic Success, Director of Advising, and Academic Advisor. Keri's career began at Iowa State University as a Graduate Assistant in the College of Engineering from 2003 to 2005. Keri holds a Masters of Education in Counseling from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Oregon University, complemented by a specialization in Social and Emotional Learning from Doane University.
