Cari thrives on bringing her project management and economics experience to research and project control issues to position clients for success. Her work with nonprofits, think tanks, and non-profit organizations bring together her six years of experience and contemporary knowledge to provide insightful and forward-looking options to economics, land use, and DEI research. Cari Harris is a member of Council Fire’s Future Leaders Program with a focus on sustainability and economics projects. As a planner and strategist, with expertise in project management and data analytics, Cari is dedicated to producing quality deliverables in a timely manner within budget. Her commitment extends to operationalizing and evaluating DEI macroeconomic targets and metrics to increase equity.
