Holly is out to change the world...one well-executed project at a time! She is driven by a lifelong love of the ocean and the natural world, and an unrelenting belief that if they think critically and work collaboratively they can create a thriving economy that benefits people and the planet. Holly and her young family love all things outdoors and can often be found exploring parks, playgrounds, and waterways throughout their home state of Maryland.

Holly’s broad set of skills makes her the ultimate utility player on a consulting team, and she brings a big-picture strategic perspective while also having an eye for project details. Her experiences include project management, program administration, partnership development, environmental education, meeting facilitation, and event planning. With an undergraduate degree in biology and a master’s degree in nonprofit management, she is uniquely suited to developing and supporting purpose-driven environmental initiatives. Prior to joining Council Fire, Holly managed Conservation Programs at the National Aquarium and served in a variety of roles helping community-based nonprofits improve organizational capacity and advance their missions.
