Mary-Celeste Slusser has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mary-Celeste has held various leadership positions in educational institutions such as American Intercontinental University and Sweet Briar College. In these roles, they were responsible for training and development, faculty orientation, and student services. Additionally, they have worked in the telecommunications industry for Sprint, where they managed sales support programs and led projects for national accounts receivable. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at CAEL, where they oversee client satisfaction and manages a specialized team.

Mary-Celeste Slusser's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Mary-Celeste earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government from Sweet Briar College in the years 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they received a High School diploma from Notre Dame de Sion High School from 1987 to 1990.

In terms of further education, Mary-Celeste pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Leadership of Educational Organizations from American InterContinental University during the years 2007 to 2008. Mary-Celeste later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Operations Management from the same institution from 2022 to 2024.

Mary-Celeste also holds additional certifications. Mary-Celeste became a Notary Public in the State of Indiana in May 2021. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in Assessing Learning for College Credit - Faculty Assessor from CAEL.

Furthermore, Mary-Celeste is currently pursuing a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, with an expected completion date in October 2023.
