Jessica Elmore, Ed.D, is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), currently serving as the Senior Director for DEIB/EDIB Trainings at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In this role since January 2022, Jessica has focused on developing global training programs to enhance equity and inclusion within educational institutions. Jessica is also the Principal Managing Partner and Founder of JElmore Cross Cultural Consultants, LLC, established in March 2020. Previously, Jessica held significant positions at the K-State Alumni Association as the Associate Director of Diversity Programs and at Kansas State University as a Graduate Assistant. Jessica has academic experience as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University and South Mountain Community College, teaching courses in human resources and labor relations. Jessica holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from reputable universities.
