Tiffany Zimmerman

Tiffany came to Invest in Girls with more than two decades of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is a servant leader who is focused on helping people envision their full potential and grow toward it. Her time in early education is special to her, and it gave her the opportunity to lead large teams of more than 600 educators, write and deliver trainings and curriculum improvements, scale businesses, and lead successful acquisitions. Most importantly, she gained insight into what a strong educational foundation can do to change the trajectory of a student’s life.

At CEE, Tiffany has the honor of leading the IIG Program Team with a focus on growing the program throughout the country. She believes that every student who identifies as a girl should have the opportunity to learn not only a foundation of financial literacy for themselves, but what opportunities are available to them for a career in finance. Tiffany is particularly passionate about intentionally creating opportunities for students of color to participate and be able see themselves in this and all industries.
