Council for Opportunity in Education
Rader Theresa currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Council for Opportunity in Education since September 2021 and has held the position of Past President at ASPIRE, Inc. since September 2019. At ASPIRE, Inc., the mission focuses on supporting professionals involved in TRIO programs and enhancing educational opportunities for low-income and first-generation college students through professional development and advocacy. Additionally, Rader Theresa has been the Director of TRIO Student Support Services at Montana Tech since August 2009, overseeing initiatives aimed at increasing college retention and graduation rates. Rader Theresa earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Communications from the University of Jamestown between 1993 and 1998.

Council for Opportunity in Education
The Council for Opportunity in Education is a nonprofit organization, established in 1981, dedicated to furthering the expansion of college opportunities for low-income, first-generation students and students with disabilities throughout the United States. Its membership includes more than 1,000 colleges and agencies. Through its numerous membership services, the Council works in conjunction with colleges, universities, and agencies that host TRIO programs to specifically help low-income students enter college and graduate. More than one million low-income and disabled students each year receive college access and retention services through our member colleges and agencies.
