Bobbi Wegner

Bobbi Wegner, Psy.D., is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Groops, focusing on enhancing cohesion within virtual and hybrid teams. Wegner also serves as the Founder of the Startup Foundry at Harvard University's Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences, fostering the transformation of research into market-ready ventures. As a Lecturer in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Management at Harvard Division of Continuing Education, and in Human Development and Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, Wegner teaches graduate-level courses that apply psychological principles to team dynamics and community building. Additional roles include advising on innovation strategies at Boston College High School, founding programs at Raiz Capital for AI and ML startups, and supporting diverse entrepreneurs at Visible Hands. Wegner holds a PsyD in Clinical Health Psychology from William James College, along with a BS in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford.
