Bryan E. Boeskin has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Bryan E. started their career in 2005 as the Director of Resource Development & Grant Management at the Foundation for Quality Care, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Bryan served as the Director of Grants and Development at the Society for Neuroscience. In 2013, they joined the National Children's Alliance as the Senior Director of Development, a role they held until 2019. Currently, Bryan is the Managing Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at the Council of Chief State School Officers.

Bryan E. Boeskin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, which they attended from 1989 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science at California State University, Los Angeles, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Bryan also earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach, sometime before 1997. Another certificate they acquired was in Fundamentals of Resource Development, which was obtained from the Wisconsin School of Business, ending in 2007.

Council of Chief State School Officers

The Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) is a nonpartisan, nationwide, nonprofit organization of public officials who head departments of elementary and secondary education in the states, the District of Columbia, the Department of Defense Education Activity, and five U.S. extra-state jurisdictions. CCSSO provides leadership, advocacy, and technical assistance on major educational issues. The Council seeks member consensus on major educational issues and expresses their views to civic and professional organizations, federal agencies, Congress, and the public.
