Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas is a former high school English teacher, and was the Executive Editor at Tallahassee Woman Magazine for 14 years before becoming the Marketing Coordinator for Leon County Schools. Heather is a longtime board member and a past-Chair of the Foundation for Leon County Schools and a current Board member for 211 of the Big Bend. She is a former, founding board member for Girls on the Run of the Big Bend and is a Leadership Tallahassee Class 36 graduate. She is married to Gerry Thomas and they have two children—Grace (16) and Cooper (13).
