Council of Development Finance Agencies
Andres C. is a professional with a diverse background in management, research, and education. Currently serving as a Manager at the Council of Development Finance Agencies since September 2023, Andres previously held the role of Coordinator for Research & Technical Assistance. At Advanced Micro Targeting from April 2020 to July 2022, Andres successfully led a processing department overseeing multiple petition projects across five states and collaborated with Field Directors to achieve project goals. Earlier experience includes assisting lead teachers at the Child Development Council of Franklin County, where a nurturing learning environment was created for 20 children, and serving as a Paralegal Assistant at the Law Offices of Armenteros and Miller. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Penn State University.
Council of Development Finance Agencies
The Council of Development Finance Agencies is a national association dedicated to the advancement of development finance concerns and interests. CDFA is comprised of the nation’s leading and most knowledgeable members of the development finance community representing public, private and non-profit development entities. Members are state, county and municipal development finance agencies and authorities that provide or otherwise support economic development financing programs, including tax-exempt and taxable bonds, credit enhancement programs, and direct debt and equity investments as well as a variety of non-governmental and private organizations ranging from regional and large investment banks to commercial finance companies to bond counsel, bond insurers, trustees, venture capital companies, rating agencies, and other organizations interested in economic development finance.
