Latoya Small

Latoya Small is a seasoned professional in compensation management with extensive experience spanning various organizations. Currently serving as the Compensation Manager at Morehouse School of Medicine since September 2025, Latoya previously held roles at Tungsten Automation as a Senior Compensation Analyst, where global compensation programs for over 2,000 employees across multiple regions were architected. Achievements at Bluegreen Vacations include enhancing efficiency through the implementation of streamlined incentive plans. Latoya's early career includes significant contributions as a Compensation Analyst at 3Sixty Duty Free and PET Retail Brands, as well as project coordination experience at Randstad USA. An involved volunteer, Latoya also served as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, promoting sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
