Conor Mooney

Conor Mooney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process optimization and business transformation. Currently serving as Principal Technical Advisor at the Council of Europe Development Bank since March 2014, Conor has held various roles, including Senior Advisor and Technical Advisor. Prior to this, Conor was a Lecturer and Course Director at the University of Limerick from April 2009 to March 2014. Conor's earlier career includes positions such as Senior Project Manager at Davis Langdon (AECOM), Engineering Project Manager at Coillte, and various engineering roles at Musgrave and Cork County Council. Conor's educational background includes an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the University of Warwick, a PhD in Law from the University of Limerick, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ulster University.
