Lisa Kiernan

Lisa Kiernan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lisa started their career as a Staff Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1996 and eventually became a Senior Auditor. In 2001, they joined Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc as an Assistant Manager in Group Internal Audit, where they planned, performed, and reported on internal audit engagements across various areas of the bank. Lisa later became the Manager in Group Internal Audit, with a focus on auditing the bank's wealth management division. Lisa also played a key role in successfully selling several branches of the bank. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Manager in Group Finance at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited. Lisa then joined Accord Ecole de Langues as a student and later worked at CEB - Council of Europe Development Bank. At CEB, they started as an Internal Auditor and gradually progressed to Senior Manager Internal Audit, Acting Head of Internal Audit, and currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit. In this role, they lead and manages the Office of Internal Audit, ensuring an independent and objective opinion to the bank's executive management and improving its risk management, control, and governance processes. Overall, Lisa has a strong background in internal audit, finance, and management.

Lisa Kiernan has a Certificate of Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley Extension. Lisa also holds a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Hawaii Loa College.
