Napier Munro-Faure

Napier Munro-Faure serves as the Finance Director for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands at Nomad Foods since March 2018, where leadership within the finance team and support for performance delivery have been central responsibilities. Previously, Munro-Faure held roles including Finance Director for Southern Europe, overseeing finance teams in multiple countries, and Head of Financial Performance Management, where the focus was on effective FP&A support during significant acquisitions. Prior to rejoining Nomad Foods, experience as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager at Birds Eye and Group Finance Projects Manager at Nomad Foods Europe equipped Munro-Faure with a strong foundation in financial management. An earlier career at Grant Thornton UK LLP allowed for significant experience in operational consulting, particularly in the recovery and reorganization of distressed businesses. Munro-Faure holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from Durham University.
