Sebastien Boutonnet

Sebastien Boutonnet has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Sebastien is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at the Council of Europe Development Bank since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Information Officer International - DSI International at Crédit Agricole Assurances from November 2016 to February 2023.

Sebastien also worked as the Deputy Head of Assignment at Group General Inspection at Crédit Agricole from October 2012 to October 2016. Sebastien has also held various roles within the IT department at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking from July 2007 to October 2012, including IT Manager and Project Portfolio Manager.

Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB, Corporate and Investment Banking from November 2006 to June 2007, and as a Programming Engineer at Société Générale Securities Services from August 2005 to October 2006.

Sebastien Boutonnet holds an Executive MBA from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, with a specialization in Insurance, which they obtained in 2020. Sebastien also holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble, specializing in Mathematics and Computing Science, which they received in 2005. Prior to that, they completed two years of highly selective classes at Janson de Sailly to prepare for the competitive exams to the "Grandes Ecoles," focusing on Physics and Mathematics. In addition, Sebastien has obtained the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2015.
