Jen Ruud

Jennifer Ruud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination, communications, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist at the Council of Michigan Foundations since January 2018, Jennifer has played a key role in organizing programs and assisting with implementation initiatives. Previous positions include serving as an Administrative Assistant at Harvard Suite, where Jennifer provided support for multiple businesses, and as Communications and Marketing Coordinator for Vanguard Community Development Corp, where management of branding and communication strategies was a primary focus. Jennifer's diverse background also includes roles in grant writing, volunteer management, and project coordination across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from the University of Detroit Mercy.
