Carl D. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Carl began their professional career at Queen City Warehouse Corp in 2013 as a Summer Intern. In 2014, they worked as a Courier at Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell, & Brown, P.C. (CECB). In 2017, they interned as a Data Science Intern at Boulder Equity Analytics LLC. Carl then joined Walmart in 2018 as a Software Engineer in the International Technology division, before transitioning to a Data Analyst role in 2019. Carl then took on managerial positions at Walmart, starting with Manager II - Domestic Inbound Transportation, Strategy & Optimization in 2020, followed by Manager II - Domestic Inbound Transportation, Ambient Operations in 2021. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager II - Domestic Transportation, Operations at Walmart. In 2023, Carl is set to take on the role of Vice President of Programs, Ozark Roundtable at CSCMP - Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Carl D. has a comprehensive education history that spans from 2010 to 2021. Carl completed their high school education at Springfield Catholic High School from 2010 to 2014. After graduating, they pursued their higher education at The University of Kansas from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics & Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Information Systems.
