Alexander Drechsel

Alexander Drechsel is a seasoned professional in the field of communication and interpretation, currently serving as a Press and Communication Administrator at the Council of the European Union since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Public Relations Officer for the European Parliament from July 2021 to December 2023, focusing on internal and external communications for the translation service, where responsibilities included writing, editing, event organization, social media management, and outreach to academia and students.
