Andrej Mikus is a Network Operations Engineer at the Council of the European Union since February 2021, with a robust background in software engineering acquired during a 20-year tenure at Cisco from August 2000 to December 2020. At Cisco, Andrej provided advanced escalation support for a range of products, including SD-WAN and various routers, while also offering first and second level support for numerous networking solutions. Previous experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Soitron from December 1992 to July 2000. Andrej holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, completed between 1987 and 1992.
