Dejan Brkic

Dejan Brkic currently serves as a Political Administrator focusing on Foreign Affairs and EU Enlargement at the Council of the European Union since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dejan worked as a Legal and Policy Officer at the European Commission from December 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included transparency and access to documents and information. Dejan's earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Officer at the Publications Office of the European Union from March 2015 to December 2018, specializing in the Official Journal, EUR-Lex, and EU legislative acts and procedures. Dejan holds a Master's Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford (2013-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree in English and French Language and Literature from the University of Sarajevo (2007-2011).
