Kristian Abildskov

Kristian Abildskov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Head of Unit - Missions, Finance and HR-IT at the Council of the European Union since September 2005, Kristian oversees salary budget management, HR finance coordination, business travel, HR transformation programs, and IT projects. Previous roles include Adviser to the Director-General of Organisational Development and Services, where support and guidance were provided across various departments, and HR Administrator, responsible for developing HR policies and strategies. Earlier in the career, Kristian worked as an FA/Trainer and course developer at SAS, designing training courses for cabin crew and pilots, and as a Research Assistant at Statens Serum Institut, assisting with epidemiological projects. Kristian holds certifications in Behavioural Design and qualifications in Organizational Design and Development from CIPD.
