Raymond Hart is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in research and assessment. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Council of the Great City Schools since April 2013, Raymond provides guidance on behalf of major urban school districts. Prior to this role, Raymond held positions including Fellow at ICF International, Executive Director at Atlanta Public Schools, Assistant Professor at Georgia State University, and Independent Consultant at RS Hart and Partners. Raymond earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics, Evaluation, and Measurement from Kent State University (1997-2007) and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (1988-1994).
